The Boost Bun is the first commercial expression of the MileWise flour system. A soft, savory, ready-to-eat bun delivering 18 grams of protein per serving, a glycemic load far below conventional bread, and naturally gluten-free. Built for breakfast, post-workout, lunchboxes, and any moment a real meal needs to fit into a real day.
Launching in six flavors across vegetarian and non-vegetarian variants, blast-freeze compatible for retail and quick-commerce distribution. Currently validated through B2B sampling, with confirmed purchase-intent from Gold's Gym (multinational fitness chain) and The Hive (15-location co-working network).

From the ancient grain up.
At the foundation of MileWise is a proprietary sprouted millet flour formulation — a multi-component, multi-process fiber and starch architecture that delivers low glycemic response, high protein, high fiber, and naturally gluten-free performance, without compromising on the taste or texture of conventional wheat. Built on three of the world's most resilient ancient grains: sorghum, proso millet, and foxtail millet — all naturally gluten-free, all cultivated by humans for over 7,000 years.

Impact
MileWise isn't just a consumer brand. It's a deliberate intervention in a global food system that must become more climate-resilient, more nutritionally restorative, and more economically equitable in this decade. Millet — our foundation grain — is one of the most strategically important climate-resilient crops of the coming decade.
Millets require 30–40% less water than wheat or rice, are largely rainfed, and tolerate the heat and drought volatility that climate change is delivering to agricultural regions worldwide. Shifting consumer demand toward climate-resilient grains is one of the most direct levers available for reducing the water and input intensity of the food system.

Food innovator with 15+ years of R&D and culinary leadership experience across India and Canada. Trained at Taj Hotels in food production and product development. Founded MileWise out of her own struggle with pre-diabetes and the recognition that food-as-medicine options on the market were unworkable in practice. Award of Academic Excellence, Sophia College culinary program. Bachelor in Business Studies, University of Delhi.
